8 Tricks To Grow Your Hairs Faster and Naturally


Hairs are directly connected with the beauty of women. Long, thick shiny, smooth and healthy hairs are dream of every woman. For this, they try a lot of products and treatment but all goes in vein as long, healthy and smooth hairs can be maintained through care of your hairs, scalp and health. Here are some simple tricks for hair care and growth.

Give your scalp a massage:-
Scalp massage is good for hair health as it strengthens the roots and nourishes your scalp and hairs. To massage your hairs, take 2 tbsp of hot coconut oil and gently massage your scalp with this oil using your fingerprints. Scalp massage enhances the blood circulation and health of our scalp. Coconut oil contains necessary vitamins and nutrients which help your hairs to grow faster and make them strong also.

Take a healthy diet:-


Apart from good shampoo and conditioner your diet also nourishes your hairs. A healthy and balanced diet including protein, vitamins and minerals is a key factor to your hair growth and helps in strengthening also. Eggs, fatty fish, milk, beans and leafy green vegetables promote and stimulate hair growth.

Apply conditioner after every shampoo wash:-
Hairs also need some moisture as our body needs. To moisture your hairs regularly, apply a decent amount of conditioner to your hairs after every shampoo wash. Conditioning helps in hydrating and moisturizing our hairs thus beneficial for treatment of dull hairs and split ends.

Avoid using hot water for hair wash:-
Avoid using hot water for hair wash as it makes your hairs dry. Dry hairs are not manageable so leads to broken and rough hairs. Always try to use normal water for washing your hairs, it will make your hairs soft and hydrated thus manageable also. This helps in reducing hair fall also.

Don’t wash too often:-


Hair wash is necessary for everyone to keep hairs clean and germs free but excessive or daily shampoo wash makes your hairs dry. Dry hairs are too rough so chances of hair fall increases with daily shampoo wash because it washes the essential nutrients from our scalp. So, don’t shampoo your hairs daily. You can do this 3 or 4 times a week but not more than that.

Don’t use brush or comb on wet hairs:-
This is a very common mistake most of us do. Do not comb or brush wet hairs as the tendency of wet hair to fall is very high. So, just let your hairs dry and then brush softly.

Reduce your stress level:-


Stress is a very common cause of hair fall as it affects our scalp and hairs. One should try to reduce his/her stress level by contacting their doctor and practicing yoga and meditation on regular basis. Take restful sleep of minimum 7-8 hours daily to keep yourself healthy and young. One should try to engage in the activities which provide him/her happiness and satisfaction.

Trim your hairs regularly:-


Unbalanced hair growth, damaged hairs and split ends are the major cause and hurdles of hair growth. Split ends stop hair growth and leads to unbalanced hair growth and length. To gain balanced and lengthy hairs one should contact her stylist after every 2 or 3 months for split ends removal. This also helps you to look more stylish and beautiful.
