Moisturize your skin regularly with non greasy moisturizer that contains adequate amount of nourishments to nourish your skin with vitamins and other supplements. In summers, extreme heat dehydrates your body and makes it dull and rough. Moisturizer also protects your skin from pollution, bacteria and sun burn. In order to protect your beauty from sun burn, dryness, dullness and other skin problems moisturize it with moisturizer which suits your skin type.
Water Water and Water:-
Drink plenty of water to make your body and skin hydrated all the time. Summer makes you sweat which may lead lack of water in your body. To hydrate your body, you need to drink atleast 8 glasses of water per day. You can also choose flavored drink like lemon water etc.
Protect Your Skin with Sunscreen:-
Are you thinking of stepping out of your home in sunny days without applying sunscreen to your body? Experts say you should not go. Direct sun rays can cause serious loss to your skin including sunburn, premature skin aging, skin damage and sometimes skin cancer also. So, to avoid risk of all these harms, always use sunscreen cream or lotion before going out of shelter in sunny days.

You should choose waterproof eye makeup in summers especially as you will never wish to have falling down makeup with sweat in excessive heat. So, waterproof eye liner and mascara would be a great choice.
Take a Balanced and Healthy Diet:-
Whatever you eat, directly affects your body and skin. So, always choose a balanced diet with essential nutrients, minerals, vitamins, protein and carbohydrate. Add more raw salad, leafy green vegetables and fruits to your diet. Nuts are a good to choice and add on in a healthy diet plan.
Emphasis on Lip Care:-
Lips are more sensitive than our skin, therefore needs extra attention and care. So, lips are more prone to dehydrate and dry. To avoid lips dehydration, dryness and dullness use lipbalm of fine quality multiple times. If you do use lipstick then apply lipbalm on your lips before using lipstick. If you can shift to lipbalm only, then it would be a great choice.
Apply Light Makeup:-
Makeup shades is a good topic to discuss about. As, it requires changes according to season, parties, functions, day or night timing etc. In summers, always choose to have light makeup shades like light eye shadows, light lipstick and nail paints. If you do use concealers or face foundation, then take a break or use low quantity as sweat makes it terrible.
